Hi new in baking, yes,is tuaght by DJ.you may click on my blog on the right-hand side " 厨房笔记" to get the recipes.For internet,you can search for "baking", lots of webside with recipe. haha..I am also very "green" in baking,still learning,so no standard to conduct class.
