Anthony, 1 for your breakfast no problem,eat with a cup of hot coffee,lagi best! my son and my hubby really love its,they can eat 5 pcs one time. you are right anthony,as chinese say "有志者事竟成“。
Wow, your cream puff looks very nice & perfect. Partly because of my lousy oven, my puff were still unsatisfactory.... may I know what is the thing to look out for or what's your tip huh? Did u follow auntie Irene's latest recipe?

Yes I follow auntie Irene's latest recipe.As I said the last 2 times I make was not success,maybe due to some step did wrongly,so I follow the advice given to you by Mary "to wait till the dough to be cool completely before adding eggs, and the baking time also".I think oven also play a part.
