hi oink oink, thanks for visiting my blog.To make "zhi zhu net" on top of the cake: 用可可粉 : 10g , 慢慢加入热水，调成巧克力酱，把巧克力酱放进挤花袋，从中间开始，由小圈挤起到很多圈圈，然后拿竹签从蛋糕中间向外拉.
hi nicole, its really very nice! you must try . i did cut in piece and use hp to take photogragh,but was unable to tranfer to PC cos dont hv the cable.
